OUR HOME ORGANIZING SERVICES INCLUDE:

- Initial complimentary consultation up to 45 minutes

- Researching and shopping for all of the necessary products for your project

(we do not markup on any product purchased for your project)


- Researching and planning the overall design and layout of your project’s end result

 

- Carrying out the full organization project as agreed upon in your proposal


- Compiling and dropping off any donation/consignment items to the organization of your choice


- Arranging any additional services necessary to complete your project: junk removal, consignment, online auctions, etc.


- Ongoing and limitless communication upon completion of your project

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?
 

Here are example estimate ranges of some of our most requested spaces – but please keep in mind your custom estimate will be discussed and agreed upon during you complimentary consultation. 

 

Example Estimates

Master Closet:  $640 -$1200 for labor and $250 - $400 for product
Pantry: $640 - $800 for labor and $250 - $400 for product
Garage: $1280 - $1800 for labor and $250 - $400 for product
 

The reason we don't add 20% or more to product cost like most other companies do is because we don't ever want our clients to wonder whether or not we are recommending the purchase of certain items because we have a financial incentive.  We firmly believe that product is what makes systems sustainable.  Sustainability is what makes your investment valuable.  $1000 with very little product might last a short period of time and deteriorate quickly while $1200 might last for years and maintain functionality.  Most products are not high ticket items, there are just a lot of them because you have a lot of things that need to be contained.  So, a $400 product cost might be 20 $20 items.  The way we hope you look at it is as purchasing 20 places in your home that now make you happy instead of causing you stress.

 

To help save you time with your research, here’s what we’ve found with home organizing pricing in Dallas, TX: 
 

$50-60/hr, per organizer

Generally, this range solely involves ‘functional organizing’. 
 

$70-80/hr per organizer
This middle range tends to reflect results anywhere from functional organizing to very desirable. 

 

$100+/hr per organizer
Almost everything we’ve seen in this range produces very desirable, high-quality results.

 

 

With our years of experience, knowledge level and outside-the-box creativity, we always produce very desirable, high-quality results like those in the high range do. 

In an effort to grow our company and make our services more accessible we currently charge $80/hr per organizer.

We normally provide a range based estimate to potential clients.  We almost never go above the high range of the estimate, but if getting a quote makes you feel more comfortable, we'll be happy to provide one. 

​

We have a $250/day/organizer deposit for all scheduled work.  This will be applied to your final bill.  This is refundable with more than a 48 hour notice.  If we are able to move other appointments to the day/s that were cancelled, we will also refund the deposit. We understand that life happens.  But we would prefer to do the work for many reasons. So, this is our compromise.

For virtual or in-person consulting services we charge $250/hr and $80/hr for any research that is requested.
