Custom Closet Design in Dallas Built Around the Way You Live
What luxury closet design should look like in dallas
Closet 1
65 long hang dresses
24 pairs of shoes
20 handbags, etc.
Closet 2
15 long hang dresses
62 pairs of shoes
58 handbags, etc.
The above examples show how a closet designer can look at a space and know what will look good, but not necessarily what will function well moving forward. You could end up with a closet full of rods for long hang you don’t have and not enough shelving for all of the handbags you have. Given that, not all shelving is equal. There is different shelving for shoes than there is for handbags, if done correctly. There are options to make shelving adjustable while still looking elegant that allows your closet to adjust with your changing wardrobe moving forward.
We know the products that are going to go in. If the best storage pieces on the market for functionality and beauty are 10” wide x18” deep. We’ll design the shelving to be 20.5” wide and 18” deep vs a designer who will likely make them 22” wide and 20” deep. It might seem like a few inches, but it’s wasted space that gains you NOTHING. However, If you have 5-10 shelving columns, those extra inches could add up to an entire extra column. If not, it’s extra space inside your closet for you to move around and it’s eliminating space for things to get lost as well as for each column to just not look PERFECT.
